CSkills Temporary Works Co-ordinator

I was one of the delegates at your recent Temporary Works Co-ordinators course on 1 & 2 October 2014, which I found most useful.  The course tutor was excellent, and it was interesting having a mix of delegates from across a broad spectrum of organisations within the industry.

CISRS 2-Day Basic Scaffold Inspection

“This two day Scaffold Inspection course, accredited by the Construction Industry Scaffolders Registration Scheme (CISRS) is obviously the future for all those who are expected to inspect basic Scaffolds in the workplace. I found the course content comprehensive yet it was delivered by the Construction Health & Safety Group (CHSG) in a way which my Construction Managers and I could relate to and understand.

There were many physical examples of damaged scaffold components and a very useful folder full of handouts to take away. From footings, erection procedures and tie patterns to the final handover and subsequent inspections. It equipped the attendees who passed the final test with a nationally recognised certificate from an established and respected construction industry training provider. An excellent qualification towards the Scaffold related competence of my Managers”.
