VENUE:
All standard courses are held at the John Ryder Training Centre, St Ann’s Road, Chertsey, Surrey and the starting and closing times of all courses are 0845 - 1645, unless otherwise indicated in the joining instructions, which are issued approximately 10 days prior to the date of the course. Lunch and mid session refreshments are included in the course fee and certificates of attendance are issued for all courses.

LECTURERS:
All the lecturers on CHSG courses are fully qualified in their subjects and are drawn from a team of safety professionals currently active in the construction industry. Accordingly, they are fully conversant with the latest requirements of safety legislation.

COURSE BOOKINGS:
Requests for places on standard courses should be made to the Centre initially by telephone, to establish place availability.

V.A.T.
All CHSG course fees are exempt from Value Added Tax.

CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation of course bookings up to seven working days before the date of the course will attract an administration fee of £85. For cancellations made at less than seven days notice, the full course fee will be charged. CHSG reserves the right to cancel or alter dates of advertised courses and, in this event, at least seven days notice will be given to delegates.

COURSE FEES:
Course fees quoted are correct at the time of publication but CHSG reserves the right to amend fees in line with the current financial situation.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION:
All courses at the John Ryder Training Centre are non-residential. The General Manager can provide information on a range of accommodation in the locality but cannot undertake to make bookings.
