Changes to HSE’s Recovery Rates from 1st April 2023
HSE can charge for a material breach of health and safety law. If they visit your workplace and identify what is wrong and to help out things right, including associated office work.
The fee includes the costs covering the time of the entire visit.
Key Changes
From 1st April 2023 HSE’s hourly recovery rate under Fee For Intervention (FFI) 2023/24 has increased from £163 to £166.
