Training and Centre Executive
With over 20 years’ experience of working at the Centre, Sera has an excellent understanding of the needs of the customers. Sera manages the small team of staff at the Centre and ensures that all those visiting receive a warm welcome and enjoy a comfortable training environment.
Sera’s strengths include attracting new customers, in addition to ensuring that existing members are provided with high quality training by reputable trainers.
Helen joined the CHSG team in April 2015 as Accounts Manager. She has previously worked for the RSPCA, also a charity, prior to which she managed her own administrative company.
Helen’s successful fundraising experience and prior work with charities has been invaluable. Helen has fitted perfectly into the team. In addition to her accounting role, she is adaptable to be able to take on other duties and contribute to the on-going development of the business and its success.
Training and Quality Assistant
In August 2014, Lisa joined the team as the Administrative Assistant. Since then, she has been promoted to training and quality administrator, having learned new skills in quality management and being highly competent in all aspects of training.
Lisa role includes, but is not limited to; taking bookings, taking care of accredited course pre-requisites and liaising with customers and lecturers. Lisa is very adaptable and takes on other duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
Lisa’s previous employment includes administering NVQ’s for Veolia and working as a self-employed Door Supervisor.
