Mental Health First Aid Refresher Half Day

This half day course has been developed by MHFA England to allow existing Mental Health First Aiders and Champions to refresh their MHFA Skills.

Mental Health England recommend that Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions attend a Refresher course every three years.

This MHFA Refresher course is only for people who have completed an Adult MHFA two-day course.

Since January 2017, CHSG has been offering subsidised places on the Mental Health First Aid Courses, run in accordance with MHFA England. These courses have now become a permanent fixture of CHSG’s training courses.

Within the Construction Industry, Health and Wellbeing has not been a primary focus, until recently. CHSG is progressively focusing on the promotion and understanding of working and dealing with Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace. By subsidising these courses, CHSG is able to make their training more widely available to both members and non-members.
