HSE Update Their Stress Indicator Tool To Incorporate Home/Remote Working
The Stress Indicator Tool has been updated to take into account a significant change in working practices. The Tool now includes:
- Home/Remote working survey: and optional extra to explore stress risks for these workers
- Mental health outcome questions: items from the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-4)
- ISA employe engagement scale: questions to measure workforce engagement levels
- Exclusive benchmarking: measure performance against sector average.
HSE are hosting a free webinar that will discuss the developments of this tool. Their next webinar is scheduled for Thursday 14th April at 3.30pm.
