HSE is carrying out a consultation on the administrative changes to the Control Of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations 2015 and comments close on Friday 27th August at midnight.
The changes to the COMAH Regulations are required due tot he dissolution of Public Health England (PHE) and through a consultation with relevant stakeholders HSE can provide a transparent and open approach to decision-making.
HSE are encouraging everyone to draw the attention of your stakeholders and other interested parties to this consultation, which closes at midnight on Friday 27th August.
You can submit your comments through the online survey. Alternatively you can download a copy of the survey (in Microsoft Word) and email it to HSE (Comah.Enquiries@hse.gov.uk), or send it in the post to; COMAH Consultation, Chemicals and Land Use Planning Policy Team, 2.1 Redgrave Court, Merton Road, Bootle, Merseyside L20 7HS.
