®We have been working hard over the summer to develop four of our CHSG Fire Safety Academy® courses and get some dates in the diary.
All courses come with a CHSG Fire Safety Academy 5-year certification and apply for our Member’s discount.

Hot Works Permit in Construction
This one-day IFSM-recognised course is designed for those responsible for issuing hot works permits and managing hot works activities in a construction setting or as part of any maintenance activity carried out on a site.
Fire Warden/Fire Marshall in Construction
This one-day course is aimed at existing Fire Warden/Marshalls requiring a refresher or for those who are undertaking this role as a new responsibility, providing them with training as part of their competency requirements.
Fire Safety Co-ordinator
This two-day IFSM-recognised course is designed to enable the Fire Safety Co-Ordinator to have a greater understanding of fire prevention and fire safety requirements within and about the buildings under construction.
Fire Door Inspection & Maintenance in Construction
This IFSM-recognised one-day course is aimed at those who have responsibility for checking fire doors on construction sites: – To gain an understanding of the importance of temporary compartmentation. – To confirm frequency and actions associated on site throughout the phases of construction.
