Ten Reasons to Invest in Your Workplace Mental Health

First aid in the workplace is hugely vital, not only at a physical level, but mental also. The Mental Health First Aider needs to understand how to recognise early intervention, provide non-judgemental listening, signpost other services and respond to a mental health crisis as part of their role.

Here at CHSG we believe mental health courses should be widely available to the construction industry, so each year we subsidise the cost of all MHFA courses in our range as a part of our charitable status to ensure it is affordable for all.
